News! Now you may sign your Tenancy Agreement with a digital signatur. It is safe and easy.
How to sign your contract with a Digital Signature: 1)You choose Menu from “Sign” in the contracts picture. This choice will activate the BankID signing program from BBS (the banks payments central). 2)Follow the instructions in the guide and it will take you through the procedure step by step. To sign by BankID is simple, safe and as binding as a hand written signature on paper.
To to sign your contract without a Digital Signature: 1) Download the Tenancy Agreement (PDF-document) by choosing from the menu “download” and print out two copies of the agreement. 2) Sign both copies and return to OAS (the address you find on the agreement) 3) OAS will sign the Tenancy Agreements and return one to you on arrival.
