Furniture and fittings
The rooms are equipped with a bed, desk with chair, and a wardrobe.
The communal kitchen comes equipped with a cooker, fridge, dishwasher and kitchen table with chairs.
On every floor there is a common room for every tenant on that floor.

This is the minimum furnishing, some rooms might have more furniture.
